Easi-Set “Harnesses The Energy” of North American Precasters
Midland, Va. - "Harness the Energy" was the theme for the Easi-Set Industries 24th Building Producers Seminar held at the Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, October 23 - 25, 2008. The Seminar brought together the decision makers of over a dozen North American licensed producers of Easi-Set Buildings for three days of networking, education, a plant tour, special events, and sales recognition.
The seminar, with over sixty people in attendance, hosted by Hy-Grade Precast Concrete of St. Catharines, opened with a warm welcome from The Mayor of St. Catharines, Canada, His Honor, Brian McMullan. Hy-Grade president Dominic Girotti and North American Sales Manager, Gina Lathan, provided an interactive tour of their 25 acre plant.
Each year, Easi-Set recognizes the top three companies who have sold the most Easi-Set/Easi-Span Buildings. This year's winners were: first place, Smith-Midland Corp. (VA); second place, Lonestar Prestress Mfg., Inc. (TX); and third place, Hy-Grade Precast Concrete (ONT, CA). This year's Seminar marked the first time that industry sponsors were invited to participate. Five companies, Spillman Company, McGinnis & Associates, Engineering Techniques, Essroc Italcementi Group and Sunvent Industries had the opportunity to meet face-to-face with key managers of leading North American precasters.
Easi-Set Industries licenses the production of proprietary, precast products worldwide.
