Smith-Midland Corporation Selected for 2020 K Street Office Building Project

Midland, Va. - Smith-Midland Corporation (OTC BB, Boston Stock Exchange: SMID, SMID) announced today that the Company was selected by Hitt Contracting, Inc. to furnish and install architectural precast concrete as part of a larger project that will add approximately 100,000 rentable square feet to the existing office building located at 2020 K Street in downtown Washington, D.C. The panels being supplied incorporate architectural precast with smooth precast finish color to match the existing brick. One of the reasons that SlenderWall was chosen is that the project is a three floor vertical addition to an existing building and the lightweight and permanent characteristics of Slenderwall made it the product of choice. The total value of the contract is $221,085, all of which will be completed this year.
