J-J Hooks Highway Barrier Connection System Used Worldwide

Midland, Va. - Australian Road Barriers, an Easi-Set Industries’ J-J Hooks licensee in Australia, is providing safety for roadway construction projects in New Zealand and Australia.

The J-J Hooks highway barrier connection system is a private, proprietary design providing a positive connection for construction projects worldwide. In Australia, the versatile 12’ sections are painted safety orange for visibility.

The J-J Hooks barrier connection system has met the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) 350 test level three requirements. Self-aligning, identical ended J-J Hooks connectors allow for quick, easy installation of the barrier. There is no loose hardware. A single section can be easily removed without disturbing adjacent sections and eliminates the possibility of lost, stolen or damaged parts. This is critically important for emergency access and protection against tampering and vandalism. J-J Hooks can be used as either a temporary or permanent barrier system.

There are currently 26 licensed J-J Hooks producers throughout the United States and abroad.
